1. What services do you offer?
I specialize in real estate photography, creating high-dynamic-range (HDR) images that make your property stand out. We also offer additional services such as drone photography.
2. How quickly can I expect the photos?
I guarantee a 24-hour turnaround time for standard photo shoots. If you need a rush job or have specific deadlines, let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
3. What areas do you serve?
Iām based in Kulpmont PA and serve the surrounding 30 miles. If you are outside this area, we are still able to accommodate you; however, additional travel fees will apply.
4. What do I need to do to prepare for a photo shoot?
I recommend that you clean and declutter the property, ensuring all areas to be photographed are tidy and well-lit. If you need more detailed tips on how to prepare, I am more than willing to help prep with minor cleaning before the shoot
5. Can I request specific shots or angles?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to discuss their preferences with us before the shoot. If you have specific areas or angles you'd like us to focus on, let us know, and we'll work to incorporate them.
6. What if I need changes or additional edits after the shoot?
I offer basic editing as part of our standard service, including color correction and cropping. If you need additional edits or revisions, just let us know, and we'll work with you to make the necessary changes. I also offer a re-shoot if needed!
7. Do you offer staging services?
While we don't offer staging services, we can refer you to a partner who specializes in staging. We do offer basic staging assistance during the shoot, such as moving small items or adjusting furniture for better composition.
8. How do I receive the photos, and in what format?
We deliver the final photos via Google Drive. You'll receive high-dynamic-range (HDR) images in high-resolution for print and web-optimized versions for online listings. If you have specific format requirements, we can accommodate those too.
9. How do I book a session?
You can contact me via email, or through our website's contact form. Once I understand your requirements, we'll schedule a convenient time for the photo shoot and provide you with a confirmation email.
10. What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on the size and value of the property. We are happy to provide you with a customized quote based on your specific needs additionally we take however many photos are need for each job. Contact us to discuss pricing and packages!
